This doesn’t mean your role as a Trainee Fire Stopper will be boring. Quite the opposite. You’ll start by shadowing your Mentor on Fire Stopping & Compartmentation, learn more about Fire Safety & regulations, gaining experience until you’re confident to undertake some of these tasks independently.

You may have gained some experience as an Fire Stopper already - and that’s a plus
- but more important to us is that you have an enduring work ethic. Yes - well rounded communication and customer service skills will help you with the softer, client facing elements of the role. And yes, a high attention to detail, focus and ability to learn successfully first time will help you pick up knowledge critical to ensuring Fire Safety. But that determination to succeed is irreplaceable. You would also empower your development if you have:

- Full UK Drivers Licence
- At least 1 years’ experience working on trade - construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
- Ideally acquired NVQ Level 2 in a field such as Fire Stopping or Carpentry.
- An awareness of Fire Safety regulations, Compartmentation, Fire Stopping or other Fire related experience.

Head Office in SW19, South West London. 85% projects London based.

Typical hours 8am - 4pm
