As we are opening 24/7 from December and also adding Sport Betting to our state of the art Casino offering we are appointing a2 **Full-Time Permanent Trainee Dealers/ General Assistants across its Casino, Bingo Club and Sports Betting**

These exciting positions leads to a Casino Dealer Position with a UK Gambling Commission Licence. From there after a couple of years, you can go on to join our management team or simply be qualify for similar positions anywhere throughout the world. Whilst training to become a dealer your position is funded by employment as a general assistant for 28 hours combined with 12 hours per week of dealer training. You will be paid 40 hours, 28 hours GA and 12 hours of training. The most important qualification for these positions is to have simple mathematical skills. Simple arithmetic and multiplication are vital, we do not need Mathematicians but basic maths is a must. This is a Palatial Leisure initiative and **NOT A JOBCENTRE or employment services-assisted** **or funded scheme**. The entire dealer course requires 216 hours of training, so 18 weeks. You will be continually assessed and fully reviewed every two weeks. For the General Assistant element of your employment, and for those who only wish to work in Bingo you will learn a wide variety of jobs: Reception checking bingo claims, box office, membership processing and checking memberships, serving in the bar, catering, processing memberships, hosting our online bingo chat, change giving, assisting with marketing, etc. Bar and restaurant waiting experience is an advantage, but you will receive the necessary training on the job continuously as you are learning new skills, tasks. This wide range of tasks is a great basis for your life and career in the casino and Leisure Industry, not only in the UK but internationally including Cruise Lines.

We are looking for energetic people with personality, drive, and great customer skills and who behave in a mature and caring way. One vital part of the requirements to be a casino dealer is numeracy. You will need to be numerate and able to do cash handling. This job requires attendance of 40 hours as described, **working 5 days** from 7 and includes **evenings and weekends.**
