The Carbon60 Aviation team is looking for an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join us in Aylesbury on a hybrid basis.

With a great client base and a steady flow of roles incoming, all you need to do is fill temp and perm roles for some of our Key Accounts. This means no cold calling for new business and no out of hours or on call life.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure all paperwork including contracts, PORTW, ID, TOE's and other relevant documentation is correctly completed, verified and stored
- Resolve all contractor queries

**Person spec**:

- At least 1, 2 years of experience in a client facing Recruitment Consultant role
- Aviation background
- Strong understanding of industry and market
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship builder
