The Cheshire and Merseyside Primary Care Academy (Training Hub) is a collaborative of five locality training hubs that support the education and training needs of the multi-disciplinary primary care team. The overarching objective for the training hubs is to support with the growth and development of the primary care workforce within Cheshire and Merseyside. Our focus areas include:

- Understanding workforce needs
- Promoting careers and engagement
- Supporting education and development
- Identifying workforce requirements for service delivery
- Supporting new roles in General Practice
- We are able to support in areas such as mentorship, clinical supervision, student placements and establishing career pathways in all parts of the system.

Hours
- 30-35 per week

Contract Type
- 1-year rolling

Salary Details
- Depending on experience

Probationary Period
- 6 months

Annual Leave
- 5 weeks pro rata

Successful applicant may be considered to enroll onto a marketing apprenticeship after their probationary period.

**Wirral Enhanced Training Hub Comms Administrator, responsibilities include;**
- Coordinate shared mailboxes.
- Update website coordination ensuring strong links with other C+MTH staff.
- Maintain effective communication with managers/leads and other clinical colleagues concerning future learning and education needs to meet service objectives.
- Network and contribute to educational workforce workshops, careers fairs etc.
- Effectively manage own time, workload, and resources.
- Support Practice enhanced services where necessary.
- To on a day-to-day basis, preform comms administration and organisation of ETH work where necessary.
- Facilitation of necessary meetings and training events.
- CPD project marketing support with the use of marketing and design software.
- Design marketing and promotional materials.
- Maintain strong relations with external stakeholders.
- Engage target audience to ensure uptake on training courses is at full capacity.
- Regular attendance reports.
- Providing a positive attitude to support changes to improve services.
- Ensure accurate signups and distribution of proof of training attendance.

**Qualifications
- **Educated to A-level

Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills

**Experience
- **Understanding and experience of working in administration, marketing or communications or similar role or educational settings.

Experience of successfully developing and implementing projects including establishing working relationships

Experience and knowledge of GDPR and data protection

**Skills

Proficient in the use of IT Office systems e.g. Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar products to create plans and reports.

Be flexible and able to manage sudden and unexpected demands

Effective time management (planning and organising)

To be a strategic thinker and planner with the ability to consider and act upon complex issues

To be able to prioritise own work effectively and to direct activities of others

Demonstrate personal accountability, emotional resilience and work well under pressure
