Typical duties include:
- Accessing, updating, and creating customer records.
- Drafting sales orders.
- Dressing new and used vehicles on the forecourt ready for sale.
- Responding to customer enquiries and assisting customers after purchase.
- Promoting and advertising sales stock on a variety of web-based platforms.
- Supporting the existing sales team during peak season and leave cover.
- Level 2 NVQ, or Diploma in Customer Service
- Grade A-C (9-4) GCSE in Information Communication Technology (ICT)
- GCSE A-C (9-4) in English Language
- GCSE A-C (9-4) in English Literature
- GCSE A-C (9-4) in Mathematics
Applicants without some of the relevant qualifications and experience will be considered. If you are hardworking and enthusiastic, we would like to hear from you as full training will be provided.
This is a part time, permanent position, up to 4 days a week with a minimum 3-day week commitment, including a rota of weekends.
