**The role...**

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for supporting with vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support across the UK and internationally. Our role does **not** involve cold calling, business development or sales calls as you will join our **inhouse** recruitment team and work directly with our management teams in the company.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Head Office location where you will join our supportive talent acquisition team of **9** Internal Recruiters. **You will be responsible for all recruitment activities (shortlisting, scheduling interviews and making offers) for a range of departments across our offices based in the UK and internationally.

**What would your day to day look like?**
- Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.
- Support with recruitment projects.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Previous experience within recruitment (agency or inhouse) would be preferable.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised and a good ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A good team player.
