**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, intellectually intriguing team? As an Associate within the Syndicate team, you will join JPMorgan, a market leader in Global Securitized Products. The Securitised Products Group (SPG) & Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) Syndicate works collaboratively with banking, research, trading, and sales to deliver best-in-class financing solutions to Asset Based Security (ABS) and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) issuers, and CLO Managers. As an Associate in the Syndicate team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates, to giving input during the structuring phase, to leading the marketing of a transaction. You will assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions and manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions.
- Manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.
- Follow market developments and news and help to prepare & deliver market updates.
- Maintain a variety of SPG & CLO databases.
- Organize roadshows and conference meetings.
- Build relationships with SPG & CLO issuers and investors.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple short-term and long-term projects.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
- Experience in SPG/CLO products
