**Location: Hybrid / London**
**Salary: £45,000 - £50,000**

**About the Role**
Theclientservicesteamareresponsibleformanagingadiverseportfolioofclients,thatincludeacombinationofhouseholdbrandsandmarketing service providers.
As a Senior Account Manager within the directs team, you will be supporting Account Directors on larger client accounts as well as beingthe'goto’personforanominatedlistofclients.We’relookingforasomeonewithgreatorganisationandcommunicationskills,anaturalrelationship builder and a bit geeky at heart.
**Keyresponsibilities include**:
- Working with the Account Director
- attending regular meetings with clients to ensure that they aregetting the best outof our products
- to develop key relationships and maximise revenue
- generating revenue through upsell/cross selling of products and services
- formulating plans to grow and manage key accounts
- Communicating to the client base on future improvements to the products and the roadmap
- Single point of contact for some clients at an operational level,with responsibility for the account retention and growth of accounts
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring that agreed service and delivery target sare met consistently
- Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports/account plans for each client
- Centralising licensing agreements and pricing
- Working with the product management team to produce documentation for product releases and upgrades
- Supporting the development and management of a number of hosted solutions
**Job Requirements**
Amature attitude and aptitude are key,and the following skills are needed:
- Ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritise and delegate tasks. Tight organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, including strong presentation, proposal writing and negotiation skills at a senior level.
- Must be highly numerate and commercially aware
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work at all times
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Methodical with excellent organisational skills
- Experience of FastStats or similar would also be highly beneficial
- Excellent Direct Marketing Industry knowledge
