At Napthens we really value our visitors and whilst we use online technology, we still have more meetings in person at our offices throughout Lancashire, Merseyside, and Cumbria.
So much so that we have created this new role where you will manage our receptionist teams across our six offices and the opportunity to make a real difference.
You are an experienced receptionist who knows their way around a switchboard, IT systems and administration, but you know you can do more.
Looking at your own diary and seeing the same people every day is getting a bit mundane. You want to have more variety on your to do list, daily, weekly, and monthly.
You enjoy taking the lead on things, like staff uniform, stock levels or local food suppliers collaborating with your colleagues across a business and showing your leadership side.
Reporting to our Head of Operations, day to day you will organise the team rota, arrange cover for absences and be prepared to step into the reception role if required.
Your experience within a law firm or similar professional service would certainly be relevant.
Deep down, you know that another receptionist job for another company is not for you. Your experienced but more importantly have a flair for getting the best out of people.
You also know that this is not a standard job ad for a standard receptionist job.
You will be dealing with busy clients, customers and colleagues therefore being organised is non-negotiable. It will take tact, discretion, diplomacy and one more essential ingredient a winning smile
