Salary Package**:£31,000 to £33,000** **plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year**

Hours**:The working hours are varying shifts which will cover 7:00am till 10:00pm**

**Role Purpose**:
**_ Security Clearance (or willingness to apply) is required for this role_**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as coordinator for the Mail and Reprographics department
- Oversee daily operation of print and mail room.
- Escalate any major issues to account manager.
- Assist with month end billing.
- Provide periodic reports in the form of MI to higher management.
- Cover account manager role during absence.
- Process client packages via onsite track and trace service.
- Book couriers as required and maintain records of transactions.
- Frank outbound mail for Royal Mail delivery.
- Complete print and bind requests in a timely fashion as required according to SLA.
- Procure outsources branded and large format print and key solutions.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Process security access passes for office staff
- Manage fleet of printers and liaise supplier and engineer call outs
- Manage stationery stocks on the office floor
- Log Health and Safety hazards on site to facilities management team.
- Process and distribute in bound mail to its appropriate destination.

**Skills and experience**:

- Good background in customer facing role(s).
- Experience working in a Print and Mail team leader environment.
- Good working knowledge and experience of Fiery Command Workstation, guillotines, franking and wire binding machinery.
- Ability to work with bulk print, courier and mail requests.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, word, power point and Adobe Acrobat.
