This family business is experiencing unprecedented growth and are now seeking an Operations Manager to help streamline their processes and business practice, in order for them to maintain their high service and quality levels.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for 27 employees, 5 of which will be direct reports. Functions reporting to you will be Warehouse, Packaging, Production, Sales and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality).

Some of your main responsibilities include.
- Full responsibility for operational activities within the site including manufacturing, customer order fulfilment, quality, and logistics.
- Developing the site team, monitor performance against set KPI's and deliver improvements in key areas.
- Monthly reporting of KPI's to Director
- Responsible for Operations and Engineering function
- Oversee technical delivery of Projects
- Responsible for driving business change
- Have worked within an SME, ideally of a similar size or at least in a multi-functional hands-on role
- Ideally have warehouse / distribution experience

This position is working days, Monday to Friday in a business able to flex this position to make the most of your skillset, maximising your value to the company. The salary on offer is a starting salary which will be reviewed as you settle into the businessand start demonstrating your ability to make improvements. On the job and external training is also on offer.
