We are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in Primary schools in Southam. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are passionate about supporting children within the classroom. at Aspire People we are dedicated to helping improve the educationof children by helping local schools find the perfect staff. Our consultants go above and beyond to ensure the needs of our staff and our schools are always our main priority.
Our schools are looking for positive individuals who want to keep standards high. We have worked in this area for many years supplying cover of the best standards possible. In doing so we have supported many of the local schools in achieving outstanding Ofstedinspections and really making a difference to many young children's school lives. This is also a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain experience working within a school setting or for individuals who would like to work towards becoming a QualifiedTeacher.
To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
Experience working in a similar role or relevant qualification
Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
Show integrity and initiative & have a caring nature.
Have a flexible positive approach.
References to cover 2 years.
Complete an enhanced DBS check/Have DBS on update system.
