and a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Hawk 3 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a growing business in Dagenham as they look to welcome a talented Senior Account Manager into their team.

This is a fully
on-site role
, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-led environment and enjoys being hands-on with clients and internal teams.

About the Role

As the primary point of contact for key clients across the commercial, retail and financial sectors, you will play a vital role in managing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. You'll oversee timelines, budgets and expectations, while also spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen each account.

You'll work closely with internal production, sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that every client receives a seamless, quality service. You'll also take the lead in onboarding new clients, providing support and guidance from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients
  • Understanding client challenges and providing strategic solutions
  • Coordinating project delivery from start to finish
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Acting as an escalation point for any client concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and industry developments

What We're Looking For

  • Direct Mail experience is essential
  • Strong background in client account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident working on-site and engaging daily with the wider team
