The Role

As an Executive Mortgage Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting our brokers and managing mortgage applications from start to finish.

You'll ensure a smooth and compliant process while keeping clients updated and confident throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing a pipeline of mortgage and protection applications

· Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents

· Preparing and submitting mortgage documentation accurately

· Providing regular updates to clients and the wider team

· Supporting brokers with administration and compliance tasks

· Staying up to date with financial regulations and best practices

Requirements:

· Minimum 18 months' experience in financial or mortgage administration

· Experience with preparing, submitting and progressing personal insurance applications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

· Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
