Paying £90k-£140K + Equity

5 days a week onsite in Central London

Oliver Bernard have partnered with a stealth AI company, founded by world-class engineers with backgrounds from top-tier Silicon Valley firms, is looking to grow its core engineering team in London.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, product-focused startup that's tackling one of the biggest challenges in applied AI: bridging the gap between general models and real-world processes.

We're hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong backend foundation to join a highly technical, fast-moving team. The company is building complex systems that interact with new and novel technologies—this isn't your typical product work.

You'll play a key role in delivering robust, high-performance user-facing platforms and building infrastructure that enables rapid iteration and deployment. The team is obsessed with quality, speed, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

Your Background

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL (core stack)
  • Comfortable with both backend and full-stack work (React, TS for FE)
  • Experience shipping complex products or systems
  • Passion for learning and solving hard problems
  • Bonus: Exposure to Rust, C, or TypeScript

What You'll Do

  • Own and build critical components of a fast, user-facing platform
  • Work closely with a London-based team on infrastructure and feature development
  • Tackle engineering challenges that require creativity, not cookie-cutter solutions
  • Iterate constantly on a product that adapts to cutting-edge AI capabilities
