A leading global travel platform is seeking an experienced Payments / FinTech Growth & Strategy professional
to join its FinTech Commercial team. Deep expertise in
account-to-account (A2A) / bank transfer payout solutions
is essential.

In this strategic role, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative payout products for partners worldwide—driving revenue growth and owning P&L outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and scale solutions that meet diverse global market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Deliver Commercial Payment Solutions

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of payout products (e.g., bank transfers, VCC, push-to-card) to unlock partner value and business impact.

Drive Revenue Growth & Shape Strategy

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that directly influence the FinTech P&L.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across global markets and partner segments.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with product, engineering, legal, finance, and external partners to align priorities, ensure seamless integration, and accelerate time-to-market.

Executive-Level Communication

  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, actionable business cases and presentations for leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving strategic initiatives that balance market nuances, compliance, and scalability.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience
    in strategy, commercial partnerships, or business growth—ideally within FinTech or adjacent tech sectors.
  • Significant experience in the
    payments industry
    , with strong expertise across the payment lifecycle; preference for backgrounds in
    A2A/bank transfers
    and/or issuing.
  • Proven success
    designing and launching payout solutions
    , ideally within OTA, hospitality, or travel.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to build and execute actionable growth plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset for identifying and prioritizing opportunities across regions and segments.
