The Role: Business Development Manager
We're looking for someone who knows the fuel card or fleet management industry and has a proven track record in sales. You'll be responsible for growing our customer base, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses save on their fleet running costs through our comprehensive product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the fuel card and fleet sectors
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and match them with tailored Fleetmaxx solutions
- Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with marketing, customer service, and internal sales teams
- Share insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
What You'll Need
- Proven sales or business development experience — ideally in fuel cards, fleet management, or the oil industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A professional, positive, team-player attitude
