Hoople are looking for a skilled and dedicated 
Electrician
 to lead and oversee high-quality electrical inspection, repair, maintenance, and installation works across a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a hands-on role with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring compliance, safety, and technical excellence in all electrical work carried out by the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfil the role of NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, ensuring all electrical work meets current regulations and standards.
• Supervise and support electricians, ensuring competency and safety.
• Conduct electrical tests and inspections, complete planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose faults, estimate repair costs, and carry out remedial works.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports.
• Provide technical advice on LV and HV systems.
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Contribute toward the output of the team by carrying out general building maintenance tasks within capability if required.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in electrical inspection, testing, repairs and installations in a variety of domestic and commercial buildings.
• Experience as a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor within the last 2 years.
• Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied site conditions.
• Full UK driving licence.
