The Role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Team at Foresight. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our Administration and Expert Liaison teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient running of processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity. You will lead a team of skilled operators, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and employee development.
As the Team Leader you will be a crucial part of the business which means you must be highly organised and operationally efficient. You must also possess strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
- To set, monitor and maintain efficiency and quality targets for the team driving performance through clear objective setting.
- To efficiently manage the workload of the team of 6 – 8 staff against the priorities each day.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain service levels to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous updating of the policies and procedures for the team
- Performance management and identifying individual training requirements and implementation and delivery of training plans
- To conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and provide feedback, managing any performance issues. Managing disciplinary processes with staff where required.
- Ensure effective selection, management and recruitment of Expert panel through robust supplier management
- Take ownership for resolving day-to-day team issues
- Ensure correct forecasting for staffing requirements
- Monitor and analyse data related to operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity
- Handle escalations from customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service experience
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in medical reporting to provide guidance and ensure compliance
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and employee development
Personal Specification:
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Problem solving/ quick to adapt to change
Customer focused approach
Good standard of computer literacy
Familiarity with a variety of software applications
Ability to motivate staff to achieve excellent service and service levels.
A proven track record of supervisory/managerial role is desirable.
In addition to these skills the candidate will require the following:
English and Maths to G.C.S.E standard Grade C or equivalent
Prioritisation skills
Delivery focused, ability to deliver
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to address business needs
Computer literate
Package & Benefits:
