Omarko is building the
mandatory social network for innovators
. We are transitioning from a validated No-Code MVP to a scalable V1 application.

Role Description: Technical Co-founder (CTO)

This is a full-time,
Equity-based Partnership
role, based near the
Chelmsford/London, UK
area. You will be the technical lead responsible for architecting Omarko's scalable system and securing its core technology moat.

Core Responsibilities

  • Secure the Platform Moat:
    Architect and implement the core
    Immutable Proof
    system—the API pipeline responsible for cryptographically securing the date of every creation Mark.
  • Scale Proprietary Logic:
    Lead the migration of the existing No-Code MVP (built on ) into a secure, high-performance V1 application (e.g., using

    ).
  • Code the Status Engine:
    Translate the proprietary
    Influence Score (M-Score)
    and complex social status logic (Champion/Arbiter status) into production-ready backend code.
  • Infrastructure:
    Design the database and APIs required to manage high-velocity social interactions (Follows, Comments) overlaid onto the low-velocity, secure claims register.
  • Leadership:
    Partner directly with the Founder, Rehoboth Ekpekurede, to define the product roadmap and manage all technical operations.

Qualifications (CRITICAL Technical Requirements)

  • Deep Full-Stack Expertise:
    Proven experience developing and deploying scalable web applications using modern stacks (e.g.,
    TypeScript, , React, or similar
    ).
  • Data Integrity Focus:
    Direct, practical experience with
    API development, cryptographic hashing, or blockchain/Web3 integrations
    (essential for the Immutable Proof system).
  • Architectural Leadership:
    Ability to design efficient database schemas and architect complex backend systems to manage both high-velocity social traffic and secure data records.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive:
    Willingness to accept significant
    Equity Stake
    (negotiable) with low initial salary until the seed round is secured.
