That's where you come in as our Talent Acquisition Partner.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and hit the ground running. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across our business. This role is not just about filling jobs, it's about being a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, challenging decisions where necessary, and ensuring that we bring in the right people to drive our success.

The right candidate will have solid experience in talent acquisition for technical roles e.g. software engineers, data engineers, technical project managers etc.

You will also have a genuine passion for finding the right talent at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively advise and influence leaders on talent decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles, from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Drive best practice across the hiring process, ensuring candidates are accurately uploaded and tracked in the ATS.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent across the market.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, keeping an eye on external market trends and competitor activity.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including those far senior to yourself.
  • Ensure stakeholders follow recruitment processes, pushing back and challenging decisions when needed.
  • Promote an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
  • Bring genuine passion for finding and securing the right talent for RAPP.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently in similar Technical Talent Acquisition Partner role with solid experience managing technical roles including software engineers, data engineers and technical project managers.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a recruitment agency or in-house environment.
  • Confidence in engaging, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems and a passion for accuracy and detail in candidate management.
  • A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • High energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
