Cerebral Palsy Support Worker – Skewen £17 per hour (£18 on Sundays) Day shifts 7:30am – 21:00pm We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team and work alongside one of our wonderful clients in Skewen. Our client is a fun, energetic character who loves spending time outdoors – and they're looking for someone to join them on their adventures, including attending hydrotherapy sessions. About the Role: This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is caring, patient, and motivated to make a real difference. You'll be providing tailored support to help our client live as independently and comfortably as possible.

What You'll Need: Experience working with individuals with complex needs A full UK driving licence Confidence in using hoists and supporting physical mobility Excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging approach Compassion, empathy, and a good sense of humour Ability to build a strong, trusting relationship with the client Key Responsibilities: Supporting daily routines, including personal care and hygiene Attending hydrotherapy sessions and enjoying outdoor activities together Administering medication and monitoring health Providing emotional support and companionship Accurately recording care and reporting any changes Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members Who We Are: The Libertatem Healthcare Group, part of Sonderwell, is dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centred care to individuals who have sustained personal injuries or experienced medical negligence.
