Our client, a fast-growing DTC brand in the wellness space, is looking for a CRO Lead to drive ecommerce growth, drive conversion and LTV and shape their digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for DTC and marketplace channels, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Lead all conversion rate optimisation initiatives with a data-driven approach, including UI/UX improvements, landing page optimisation, pricing strategies, product merchandising and personalised customer journeys.
  • Own ecommerce platforms and related backend tools to improve operational efficiency, scale growth, and integrate data insights across teams.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Creative and Operations teams to launch new products and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timelines, briefs and assets are delivered flawlessly.

About You

  • Extensive experience leading ecommerce initiatives at a senior level, ideally in high-growth DTC or retail brands.
  • Deep expertise in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Proven track record in CRO, UX/UI optimisation and conversion-focused website design.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
