We're seeking a future team member for the role of AI4Ops Program Manager to join our Payments Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Conduct operating-model deep-dives to identify and prioritize AI4Ops use cases (e.g., automated incident remediation, self-healing workflows) that drive cost savings and mean-time-to-problem (MTP) reduction
• Build robust business cases (including AI4Ops vs. plan $ ROI, capacity-created models, and control-environment impact) to secure sign-off at each tollgate
• Oversee cross-functional squads (data scientists, engineers, process subject matter experts) to implement agents/digital employees
• Define and track success metrics (AI4Ops savings vs. planned, MTP improvement %, capacity created FTEs) through to production
• Operationalize 24×7 monitoring frameworks and runbooks to ensure digital employees remain performant and compliant
• Establish incident-management handoffs and post-mortem processes for continual improvement
• Maintain an up-to-date AI4Ops "inventory" of in-flight and live agents, with clear status, metrics, and risk assessments
• Deliver regular progress updates and executive-level "heat maps" of AI4Ops impact
• Develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and best-practice templates to upskill prompt-engineering teams
• Promote AI4Ops methodologies across the wider Payments Operations organization

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Experience in operations, process automation, or AI/ML delivery in a regulated environment
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI or robotics initiatives through formal toll-gate governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills: able to align technology, risk, compliance, and business partners
• Hands-on familiarity with monitoring and alerting frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, ServiceNow)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of conversational AI, RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), or custom "agent" frameworks
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile Scrum Master)
• Experience building internal AI Centers of Excellence or capability-building academies
