Administrative Assistant

Due to a new contract award, we are delighted to advertise an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks. Based in our Andover Office.

Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties:

To provide administrative support to the Trust.

Preparation and distribution of reports.

To deal with direct telephone calls from carers, take referrals from other agencies and forward accurate information to staff.

Ensure that leaflets and information are up to date.

Arrange for satisfaction surveys to be sent.

Evaluate survey responses.

To carry out general office duties – including correspondence, photocopying, scanning, filing and keeping computerised records up-to-date.

Other duties as requested by the CEO, Managers, Business Manager and Chair.

The successful candidate must have:-

A knowledge of Health and Social Care.

Previous Administrative experience.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work on own initiative.

A can do attitude.

Strong Organisational skills.

The ability to multi task.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
