We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Senior Staircasing Consultant
to manage and progress all staircasing transactions in conveyancing in line with legal, contractual, regulatory requirements and best practice.

This will be Part Time FTC until 31st December 2026 and offers 22 hours per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

You'll guide shared owners through the staircasing process, providing clear advice and great customer service, while ensuring transactions align with organisational policies and budget

- ets.Approve RICS valuations and review legal documents to confirm any restricti

- thy.Build strong relationships internally and externally to improve performa
