Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across two premises in the Newtownabbey (Trench Road) area. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are highly valued. The position is suitable for individuals who are reliable, organised, and possess good communication skills. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all designated areas
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and correctly

Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving licence is desirable to support travel requirements between locations

Days: Mon - Fri

Hours: 3-5pm (Flexible)

Rate: £12.21 per hour (Paid monthly via BACS)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: In person
