We are a fresh, friendly team building something special, and we are seeking a confident, caring Dental Nurse to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Chairside support for restorative and oral surgery procedures.
  • Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cross-infection control and de-con work flows.
  • Prepare surgeries, manage stock and set up/turnovers.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to optimise workflow and enhance patient experiences.
  • Support digital records, photography and patient journey touches.
  • Be a positive voice in a small, growing team.
  • Liaise with dentists secretary to ensure smooth patient communication.

What you will bring

  • A minimum of 3 years chairside experience in private or mixed practice
  • Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
  • GDC registration (required)
  • Love of tidy trays, smooth workflows and patient comfort
  • Nice-to-have but not essential - experience with implants/surgical dentistry
