Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Worthing, with flexibility for some remote working. As a 2nd Line MSP IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot IT issues, assist with system administration, and support a wide range of IT infrastructure needs. You will also work closely with the help desk team to resolve more complex technical problems and ensure operational efficiency for clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses and technologies, delivering high-quality and dependable IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve IT issues effectively.
  • A solid background in Information Technology and System Administration, including familiarity with Windows and Mac environments.
  • Proficiency in providing Help Desk Support to clients and managing day-to-day technical queries and issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of network management, backups, and cybersecurity is advantageous.
  • Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment is a plus.
  • Hold relevant IT certifications or have equivalent professional experience.
