An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Psychology ECT
to join a high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Oxford. This is a full-time position starting in January 2026, offering exceptional support and mentoring to ensure a successful start to your teaching career.

The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5, guiding students through topics such as behaviour, cognition, and research methods while fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning.

Experience and Qualifications

• Psychology ECT (PGCE or equivalent completed)

• Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Psychology

• Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional growth

• Legal right to work in the UK
