Technical Coordinator - Fresh Produce

We are seeking a proactive
Technical Coordinator
to support the Technical and Product Management teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate data management for the supply of products to retail customers. This role offers excellent exposure to key areas of technical management, product support, and quality assurance within a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain.

Technical Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical and Product Management teams to ensure customer and product requirements are met
  • Maintain and update crucial technical documentation, including KPIs, packaging specifications, and approved supplier lists
  • Assist with new product launches, seasonal changeovers, and product updates
  • Communicate with growers and service providers to support quality management and compliance activities
  • Promote a customer-focused and collaborative approach in all technical activities

Technical Coordinator Key Requirements

Highly beneficial;

  • Educated in Food or Agriculture related discipline would be
  • Understanding of technical and quality standards within the Fresh Produce or Food sectors

Essential;

  • Proficient in data management and reporting tools (Power BI or similar advantageous)
  • Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
