Job Overview
  • Regional Facilities Manager - Scotland and North East England

Main Duties

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 stores based in Scotland and North East of England.
  • Primary point of contact for escalations from the client's representative in the assigned region.
  • Duties include managing reactive repairs to completion within assigned SLA's, ensuring WIP is within targets.
  • Ensuring the that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule.
  • Undertaking store condition surveys, identifying areas for remedial works, and auditing completed works.
  • Managing capital projects up to £50k in value
  • Undertaking performance reviews of contractors assigned to the account.
What we are looking for
  • An experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in retail or catering environments.
  • Must be willing to travel across a large geographical region.
  • Self reliant and motivated to succeed, with minimal supervision.
  • Technically competent to manage work on catering equipment, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric
  • CAFM experience - the ability to download and analyse data
  • Member of IWFM or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience in a similar role.
