About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Finance Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis that support our supply chain and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, develop financial models, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Your analytical expertise will help optimize costs, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the seamless delivery of our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply embedded in the core of our business, influencing operational strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, operational costs, and financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting product costing, logistics, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
- Support monthly reporting cycles, budgeting, and forecasting processes with accurate and timely analysis.
- Design and implement tools, dashboards, and streamlined processes to improve visibility and operational control.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary to explain deviations from forecasts and budgets.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across operations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational performance and financial accuracy.
