In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the board.

The Role at a Glance
Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £24,000
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as first-line support for payroll queries via email and phone, escalating when needed
- Generate and distribute payroll documentation including payslips and P45s
- Share month-end reports in line with GDPR requirements
- Support quarterly and annual audit preparation
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Take part in training and development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- GCSE Maths & English (minimum grade 4)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
