Job Description
  • Establish and enforce the client's BIM standards and requirements, ensuring all stakeholders align with a unified digital delivery strategy that supports long-term operational goals.
  • Direct BIM governance and compliance by conducting audits and reviews, guaranteeing consultants and contractors produce accurate, high-quality, and contract-compliant models.
  • Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) on behalf of the client, maintaining secure information exchange, robust version control, and timely approvals across all disciplines.
  • Lead coordination among diverse design and delivery teams, ensuring federated models are seamlessly integrated and potential clashes or design issues are identified.
  • Align BIM processes with broader client objectives, including digital twin integration, cost and schedule reliability, and readiness for facilities management and operations.
  • Deliver strategic reporting and digital insights, transforming BIM data into dashboards, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations that inform programme-level decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Specialist diploma in BIM, Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering
  • More than 7 years BIM management experience ideally within Iarge scale Infrastructure projects
  • Ability to think independently, confident in voicing opinions and driven to stretch targets
  • Open to driving new technology
  • Lead and mentor a BIM team of at least 2 modellers
  • Comfortable with presenting and leading meetings
  • At least 2 years experience working with and managing contractors
  • Experience handling the full cycle of project from the beginning to the end
