About The Role
Are you passionate about people and creating a positive employee experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and make a real impact.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process, helping new starters feel welcome and set up for success from day one. You'll be the go-to person for guiding candidates through their first steps. You'll manage everything from preparing documentation and setting up systems to liaising with managers and other stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive

experience for new starters.

 Prepare and issue employment documentation, including contracts and offer letters.

 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection

requirements.

 Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, providing accurate and timely

advice.

Skills And Experience
 Previous experience in an HR support role is desirable.

 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 High attention to detail and accuracy.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems would be an advantage.
