Customer Experience Team Member

Salary:
£10,065 per annum plus bonus and benefits

Hours:
15 hours per week. Weekends only. Weekend Student Experience Team Members work 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

The role

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same

What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

• Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
• Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
• Planning and running events for our students

• A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
• An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
• You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
