We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to manage the day to day running of the Behaviour Reflection Room. The role will include supervision of the students who require time away from the classroom due to behavioural incidents. The role focuses on reflection, intervention and reintegration, ensuring students learn from their actions and develop positive behaviours.
