About The Team: We are seeking a versatile and driven Mid Market Account Executive to help scale our business by fostering strong relationships with clients and driving growth across our portfolio. You will work closely with Product Leaders, Marketers, and Developers to manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our London office. What You'll Do:Own the entire new business sales process within your territory, from prospecting to closeProactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to achieve upsell and cross-sell goalsBuild pipeline through outbound prospecting and targeted campaignsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizationsLead discovery and pricing calls, as well as high-level platform demos focused on driving value for the customerCollaborate with partners and attend industry conferences to network and generate opportunities.Evangelize the product to all prospective and existing clients
What You'll Bring:4+ years of software sales or account management experienceKnowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerationsDemonstrated success hitting & exceeding a sales quotaSolid collaboration skillsExperience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK's, and/or messaging a major plusExperience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, Pocus, Rattle, Lightdash a major plusIncredible attention to detail (tracking success and opportunities; follow up with customers) Bring a competitive, team spirit and a growth mindsetBonus points if you speak/write fluently additional languages, and/or have experience selling messaging products.
