Are you an experienced senior recruiter or sales leader with a proven track record of driving results? We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in the UK.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading your own desk in a temp recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in temp recruitment senior/sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable outcomes.
