Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive, team-oriented attitude to join our warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a first-class 3PL service by supporting the efficient handling, processing, and movement of goods within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient picking and packing of orders ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Unload containers safely and efficiently.
  • Moving inventory in a timely and safe manner.
  • Carry out real time checks on quantities and product numbers.
  • Ensure that all areas of the warehouse are maintained with a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are followed.
  • All other operational duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic and reliable individuals with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow clear processes and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
  • Previous experience in pick/pack/processing or forklift operation is desirable but not essential.

Training & Progression:

  • Full training will be provided.
  • Opportunity to upskill, including fork truck training, for those looking to progress and develop new skills.

Job Particulars

Starting Salary: £32,240** More with FLT experience

**Starting Salary for the night shift is made up of a normal hourly rate combined with an unsocial hour's allowance.

Employment Type: Full Time – Part Time Considered.

Hours per Week: 40 Hours over 4 nights.

Working Hours: Set shifts of 10 hours per day between 8pm-6:30am, TBC.

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday.

Payment frequency: Weekly Pay.
