Capel Grange is a welcoming, modern care home with a supportive team environment and excellent facilities. We're now seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Front of House team in a key Customer Relations role.

This position is central to the smooth running of our home and is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors


• Support daily operations, including timesheets, payroll queries, and staff rotas


• Manage recruitment administration — from advert posting to interview coordination


• Assist with resident fund management and record-keeping


• Coordinate training schedules and policy updates


• Take meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions


• Conduct home tours for prospective residents and families


• Support all front-of-house and general administrative duties

What We're Looking For


• Strong administrative and organisational skills


• Excellent communication — in person, by phone, and in writing


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems


• A proactive, professional, and flexible approach


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Experience in a care home or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
