Job description

Children's Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders

We are seeking Children's Residential Support workers to support children and young people who have emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. This role requires caring, passionate individuals that are reliable and outgoing. The role will be to provide 24 hour, 1-1 care to children and young people between the ages of 7-18 years old who have been adversely affected by circumstances and are emotionally vulnerable and sometimes challenging.

You will be working closely with the Registered Manager, Team Leaders and child care workers in the running of the provision, assisting in development and implementation of bespoke care plans for children and young people in our care to provide a therapeutic, welcoming and homely environment. Full and comprehensive training will be provided.

Experience in Driving license preferable for the role.

The benefits are a competitive salary of £15.15 per hour
