Customer Service Advisor

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

We have fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work alongside our dedicated Customer Service Team where you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

We offer a completely digital telecom-system, making it possible for all of our vulnerable and elderly clients to feel safe in the comfort of their home, as well as in the outside world. With our excellent team of in-house Emergency Call Handlers we maintain our own 24/7/365 Alarm Receiving Centre, along with our own Mobile Response Team.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and Emails
  • Dealing with enquiries, providing information on the service we deliver
  • Support our clients with the onboarding process
  • Technical queries
  • Taking Payments
  • Offboarding clients

You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.
