Job Requirements

  • A Full Manual UK Driver's Licence
  • Experience working as a Residential Support Worker for at least 18 months
  • A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
  • The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people and have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting
  • Diploma or NVQ Level 3/ 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.75 per hour
