What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning and delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects from start to finish.
  • Leading discussions with clients on technical strategy and IT roadmaps.
  • Overseeing technical onboarding/offboarding to ensure best-in-class service.
  • Introducing improvements to internal processes and ways of working.
  • Acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client expectations.
  • Sharing knowledge with the service delivery team and shaping technical best practice.

You'll Need:

  • Solid experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
  • Mastery across the Microsoft ecosystem: O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V/VMware.
  • Confident networking and security knowledge (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starting nature with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring emerging tech.
