Are you an Excel and numbers whizz? Do you have experience in the fashion industry in a similar role?


If so, this position needs a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who is confident working with numbers, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Excel.

You will be responsible for managing the allocation of stock from the warehouse to our wholesale customers and our retail store, ensuring that all documentation is raised accurately and timely sent to our customers.

The role also supports the Finance team with ad hoc tasks and contributes to the overall operational efficiency of the business.

What you will be doing:

·      Work closely with the warehouse to ensure stock is allocated and delivered accurately and on

time, to Wholesale customers, to our store and to ensure staff personal orders are fulfilled.

·      Liaise with wholesale customers to schedule deliveries

·      Use Excel spreadsheets and our internal production system (Zedonk) to monitor stock and track

deliveries

·      Raise relevant shipping documents including invoices, credit notes, delivery notes etc.

·      Follow-up with wholesale customers, ensuring payments are made on time

·      Utilise our production system (Zedonk) to ensure movement of stock is recorded correctly and

keep customer profiles updated

·      Support the Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks

·      Oversee stock levels, facilitating and ensuring operational excellence across wholesale and

ecommerce channels.

·      Be responsible for packaging ordering for ecommerce and retailer needs

Who we are looking for:


•     Highly computer literate in Office 365, especially Excel.

·      Self-motivated and able to demonstrate using initiative

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills


•     Highly organised with strong time management


•     Able to analyse and interpret data


•     Numerate and confident working with numbers.


•     Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable working under pressure

·      A fast learner, who is proactive and takes ownership of tasks

·      Good problem solving skills


•     Personable and able to liaise with clients internally and externally

This role will suit an individual who is prepared to grow and mould the role as it evolves to meet the business requirements.
