The opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Field Marketing Specialist to join our UK team. In this role, you will act as our local marketing representative, leading the planning and execution of regional initiatives including events, partner activations, content coordination, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Execution and GTM Support

Plan and run UK and EU-based field activities including events, webinars, and partner activations

Adapt and localize global campaigns to suit the local markets

Support the sales team with materials, collateral, and engagement tools

Enabling Sales, Customer and Partner Marketing

Support sales across the funnel, from awareness and pipeline development through opportunity stage engagement

Identify and develop customer success advocates, stories and references in the UK and EU

Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns and co-branded content

Help build a community of advocates and advisors in the region

Operationally manage local events and in-market executions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the link between UK and EU field teams and global marketing

Ensure alignment on messaging, brand, and campaign execution

Share field feedback to shape future global programs and GTM

Content and Communication

Manage local content needs such as presentations, one-pagers, and signage

Ensure regional teams are equipped with the right tools and assets

Support internal and external communications where needed


Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or regional marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology

Proven track record running events and campaigns that generate pipeline

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Partners)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining high attention to detail.

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney, and Google Slides.

Experience with video editing, Wordpress or Elementor is a plus.
