Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bristol for a Store Manager at The Park Bakery. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining store displays, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves fostering a customer-centric culture and addressing any challenges in the store to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention best practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory and store operations
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or management is a plus
  • Commitment to promoting teamwork and an inclusive workplace
