Key Responsibilities


• Integrate new systems across e-commerce, CRM, inventory, finance, and marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Zoho, Xero).


• Map and automate core business workflows to reduce manual work and improve data consistency.


• Develop or implement scripts, APIs, and AI agents to connect systems and enable smarter decision-making.


• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions — from sales trends to supplier performance and stock forecasting.


• Collaborate across departments to understand their needs and design tech solutions that make their work easier.


• Lead internal training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools.


• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Skills & Experience


• Strong experience integrating SaaS tools and automating workflows.


• Proficient with APIs, webhooks, and low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, or n8n).


• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).


• Basic coding or scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar).


• Clear communicator with patience and empathy for training non-technical users.


• Interest in AI tools, data automation, and operational efficiency.


• Bonus: experience in e-commerce, logistics, or manufacturing systems.
